JEVIT · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
FREE WEB, operated by 河田 昂 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information relating to the JevIt mobile application (the “App”) as described in this policy.
Effective and last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Information We Handle and Why
- Device and authentication information: To authenticate App use, prevent misuse, and control API access, the device identifier obtained with react-native-device-info’s getUniqueId() is sent to a Firebase-integrated authentication Cloud Function. The authentication process issues a Firebase UID and handles the device identifier, Firebase UID, appId, creation time, and last-use time in a JevIt-specific Firestore area.
- Judgment inputs: The theme and candidates entered by the user, together with the selected language, are sent to the judgment API to produce a result.
- Template usage records: To record when recommended templates are shown, selected, and completed, Cloudflare D1 stores the Firebase UID, language, template ID, and the relevant shown, selected, and completed timestamps.
- On-device history: The theme, candidates, judgment results, and creation time are stored locally on the device, up to 50 items. Judgment history is not synced to our servers.
- Support information: If you email us, we handle your email address and message as needed to reply and provide support.
2. AI Judgments and Where Inputs Are Sent
JevIt sends judgment inputs through a Cloudflare Worker (api-gpt) to TypeSafe AI, where Jev (model identifier: jev-1.13.0) processes them to produce an AI judgment. TypeSafe AI states that it does not use Input to train or fine-tune AI/ML models.
Our api-gpt service does not persistently store judgment request bodies, Firebase ID Tokens, or raw TypeSafe responses. Diagnostic logs record items such as candidate count, status, processing time, model, and token counts.
TypeSafe AI’s Privacy Policy applies to its retention and processing of inputs. TypeSafe states that it retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services and support its business purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase: Used for device authentication, issuing Firebase Authentication UIDs, and managing authentication data.
- Cloudflare: Used to run the judgment API and store template usage records.
- TypeSafe AI: Processes AI judgment inputs, including the theme and candidates.

4. Retention
- On-device history: Up to 50 judgment history items are stored on your device. When the limit is exceeded, the oldest items are automatically deleted. Otherwise, they remain until the App data is removed or the App is uninstalled.
- Firebase authentication data: Authentication data that has not been used for 30 days is periodically deleted. Cleanup runs on a schedule and is subject to a processing limit, so deletion is not guaranteed exactly 30 days after the last use.
- Template usage records: Records older than 30 days that include a Firebase UID are deleted by a daily cleanup process.
- Anonymized template statistics: Impressions, selections, and completions are retained as aggregate values without UIDs for the period needed to improve the service.
- AI judgment inputs: Our api-gpt service does not persistently store them. Retention by TypeSafe AI is governed by its Privacy Policy.
5. Requests and Contact
To ask us about access to, correction of, or deletion of information handled by the App, contact us at the address below. We may request additional information to verify your identity. Requests concerning information managed by a third-party service may also require that provider’s process.
